What to expect
When you contact us, we'll arrange an initial phone consultation to understand your situation. This typically lasts 15 to 30 minutes and covers your current concerns, living environment, existing support systems, and what you hope to achieve.
If our services seem appropriate, we'll schedule a home assessment at your convenience. Assessments are conducted by qualified professionals and usually take 60 to 90 minutes. There's no obligation to proceed after the assessment.
We provide written recommendations with transparent pricing within three business days. You decide what makes sense for your situation. If you choose to move forward, we'll schedule installation and training at times that work for you.
Questions are welcome at any stage. We're here to provide information, not to pressure you into decisions.
Who we work with
Our services are designed for older adults living independently who want to maintain that independence safely. We also work closely with family members who are concerned about a parent or relative but want to respect their autonomy.
We coordinate with healthcare providers, social services, and other care professionals when appropriate and with client permission. Our goal is to integrate into existing support systems, not to replace them.
Areas we serve
We currently operate throughout the United Kingdom, with direct service teams in major cities and partner networks in more rural areas. Service availability and response times vary by location.
If you're unsure whether we cover your area, reach out. We'll either connect you with our nearest team or recommend a trusted provider who shares our approach to care.
